Initial Consultation

1.5-3 hour session–Includes Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, Advanced Functional Medicine Testing Analysis if results available, Nutrition Consultation, Nutrition Therapy, and Systemic Health Assessment.

During this consultation we hit the ground running. Our initial consultation covers everything that is normally offered in multiple visits by other providers. We will review your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and test results; discuss possible imbalances leading to your health concerns; recommend any additional laboratory or at home testing; and develop a protocol to help correct these imbalances. Our protocol may consist of dietary and lifestyle changes as well as dietary supplements.

Follow-up Consultation

15 min, 30 min, 45 min, and hourly sessions depending on individual need. During this consultation, we will review symptoms/tests results and adjust diet and supplement protocols as needed.

Health Advocate Consultation

With all the conflicting health information floating around, it can be difficult to find accurate information. Do you just need to ask a few questions?

We offer 15 min, 30 min, 45 min and hourly consultations to help you make informed decisions regarding your health.

Dietary Consultations

Nutrition Consultation

Are you feeling great but interested in improving your diet? In this consultation, we look at your current dietary intake and if desired, test for food sensitivities, blood sugar regulation, and nutrient status. We then work as a team to develop dietary strategies that work with your lifestyle.

Nutrition Therapy For Health Issues

If you are having issues with your health, a personalized nutrition program may help support or even reverse health issues. We determine the best combination of dietary approaches that work specifically for you. Please check out our article on various diets used in Nutrition Therapy.

Custom Menu Planning

Do find it difficult to know what to eat? Or maybe are you sensitive to gluten, dairy, soy, histamines, oxalates, lectins, glutamates, Keto, SCD. etc. and are overwhelmed trying to come up with safe meal choices. In this consultation, we develop meals plans that taste great, are easy to prepare, and don’t require a ton of special ingredients.

Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis

Do you have questions concerning your blood test? Have you been told that your lab results are normal but yet you still feel that something is wrong? We analyze your results from a functional perspective to help uncover issues that may not be caught by current assessment techniques.

We look at oxygenation/iron status, GI health, blood sugar regulation, adrenal health, immune system functionality, cardiovascular risk, thyroid health, liver/kidney/gallbladder health, hydration status, brain health, and inflammation.

Additional diagnostic testing may be recommended based on our findings. You can learn more here.

Advanced Functional Medicine Testing Analysis

During this assessment, will will review test results and develop a dietary/supplement/lifestyle protocol if necessary. Learn more here.

Genetic Testing & Nutrigenomic Assessment

Even though we can’t change our genes, we may have the ability to turn genes on/off as well as adjust the levels at which they work. About 70% of our genes may be controlled with diet and lifestyle changes.

During this appointment, we uncover potential utilizing transposed raw data from your or test results. If biological test data is available, we can determine if the genic variances are having an adverse affect on your health. If so, we use Nutrigenomics to tailor interventions– since each gene has specific supportive recommendations.

Systemic Health Assessment

We explore the health of each system and their interactions throughout the body— since dysfunction in one system may affect the function in another. Assessment includes overall metabolic, endocrine, neurotransmitter, and brain localization assessments. Neurotransmitter and brain status is important since they are responsible for so more than just mood and can affect health throughout the body.
