Assessments

Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis

Do you have questions concerning your blood test? Have you been told that your lab results are normal but yet you still feel that something is wrong? We analyze your results from a functional perspective to help uncover issues that may not be caught by current assessment techniques.

We look at oxygenation/iron status, GI health, blood sugar regulation, adrenal health, immune system functionality, cardiovascular risk, thyroid health, liver/kidney/gallbladder health, hydration status, brain health, and inflammation.

Additional diagnostic testing may be recommended based on our findings. You can learn more here.

Advanced Functional Medicine Testing Analysis

During this assessment, will will review test results and develop a dietary/supplement/lifestyle protocol if necessary. Learn more here.

Genetic Testing & Nutrigenomic Assessment

Even though we can’t change our genes, we may have the ability to turn genes on/off as well as adjust the levels at which they work. About 70% of our genes may be controlled with diet and lifestyle changes.

During this appointment, we uncover potential weaknesses.by utilizing transposed raw data from your 23andme.com or Ancestry.com test results. If biological test data is available, we can determine if the genic variances are having an adverse affect on your health. If so, we use Nutrigenomics to tailor interventions– since each gene has specific supportive recommendations.

Systemic Health Assessment

We explore the health of each system and their interactions throughout the body— since dysfunction in one system may affect the function in another. Assessment includes overall metabolic, endocrine, neurotransmitter, and brain localization assessments. Neurotransmitter and brain status is important since they are responsible for so more than just mood and can affect health throughout the body.
